The Europe Day 2019
European Commission Representation in Poland
Organisation and promotion of European Commission Representation in Poland’s presence in the European Village organised by Schuman Foundation on the occasion of the Europe Day at Krakowskie Przedmieście street in Warsaw. The main theme of this year (2019) celebrations was European Election (May, 26th in Poland) and the 15th anniversary of Poland’s accession to the EU.
Through information and educational activities, we tried to encourage as many people as possible to use their citizen’s rights and to vote during the European Election to get the right to decide about the future shape and direction of development of Europe.
The 15th anniversary of Poland’s accession to the EU became an opportunity to inform about the benefits of being the member of European Community.
The creative concept, prepared by Lemon Spot, assumed using specially created online application “My vote, my Europe” that enabled to vote for selected foundations.
Scope of services:
- Concept development and implementation of activities showing the benefits of being the member of European Union
- Concept development and implementation of online application that enabled to vote for selected foundations
- Providing of setting design
- Preparing and conducting animations at the European Commission stand in the European Village
- Implementation of PR and social media campaigns
- Media planning and buying
- Cooperating with selected foundations
