Influencers for Earth
European Comission Representation in Poland
European Commission Representation in Poland, together with its regional office in Wrocław, took part in the event “Influencers Live Poland” (21-22 August 2021, Wrocław). European Commission wanted to interest Polish Influencers in the subject of the European Green Deal and present areas and programmes in which Influencers could participate in order to help stop climate change and promote activities to protect the environment and the planet.
European Commissione conducted its activities under the slogan “#RespectforEarth” in a specially designed zone and during participatory workshops entitled #InfluencersForEarth. The experts who supported EC with their knowledge, both in the EC zone and during the workshops, were:
- dr Hanna Schudy, European affairs expert, member of Team Europe
- Marcin Paprocki, climate expert, physicist, megatrend analyst, Editor-in-Chief of the “Nauka o Klimacie” portal
- Tomasz Cichocki, moderator of participatory workshops, member of Team Europe
- Dorota Kostowska, graphic facilitator
Scope of services:
- Development of an information and promotion campaign concept, which included activities
in the field of social media z zakresu social media - Participatory workshops (coordination, work with experts on developing the thematic scope of workshops, preparation and presentation of conclusions from the workshops
- Preparation of the participatory workshops room: rental of space, furniture, decorations with live plants
- Preparation of a promotional video using the online creators involved in the project statements (graphics, captions, editing)
- Preparing a film-interview with experts: European Green Deal – a project on stopping climate change
