European Comission at Summer Music Festivals
European Commission Representation in Poland
Organisation of European Commission’s (EC) information zone during summer music festivals: Audioriver, Olsztyn Green Festival and Warsaw Koneser Festival. The project was held within the EC’s campaign – #UEandME.
The project’s goal was to reach directly young Europeans with the information on benefits of EU’s membership and about many opportunities that have arisen thanks to EU’s regulations and initiatives. The regulations, that allow them to pursue and develop their passions.
Lemon Spot agency was responsible for creating open, inviting space combining education with relax and fun. Therefore, ‘passion’ was chosen by the agency as the leitmotif of all activities in the zone.
Scope of services:
- Creative concept and program development of EC zoen at the festivals
- Development of zone design
- Development of informational materials displayed at the zone
- Cooperation with festivals’ organisers
- Development and realisation of PR and social media campaigns, including promotional movie
- Production and installation of EC zone at the festivals
- Coordination of all activities and animations held in EC zone during festivals
