Citizens’ Dialogue on the Future of Europe

European Commission Representation in Poland

Supporting the European Commission Representation in Poland in realisation of the Citizens’ Dialogue on the Future of Europe with the participation of  First Vice-President of the EC, Frans Timmermans. The event was held  in Auditorium Maximum at Jagiellonian University in Cracow.

Since 2012 the European Commission has been organising Citizens’ Dialogues – events held in European regions and cities at which EU Commissioners meet with citizens to listen to their opinions and expectations regarding the shape of Europe. The Citizens’ Dialogue in Cracow concerned the Second World War heritage, citizen’ s responsibility and most of all, the future of Europe.

 

Scope of services:

  • Logistics and technical support in the Citizens’ Dialogue production
  • Developing guest list and coordinating the registration process
  • Preparing the script for the event
  • Coordination the multimedia and sound system setup, medical services, cooperation with local police department
  • Director’s supervision of the event
  • Media relations
