CePT – a Platform for Development of Innovative Medicine
The Centre of Preclinical Research and Technology CePT
Developing a concept and realisation of a conference on development of innovative biomedicine for the Centre of Preclinic Research and Technology CePT. The event was designed to foster cooperation among the science, business and state administration sectors and to present the scientific achievements of CePT units.
Scope of services:
- Developing communication strategy and overall realisation of the event
- Designing and managing the registration process
- Developing guest list and coordinating the invitation process
- Preparing and production of promotional materials
- PR campaign implementation
- Preparing the script and production of CePT promotional film
- Coordinating realisation of scientific exhibition presented at the conference
- Preparing evaluation questionnaire
