Inauguration of the World Centre for Prayer for Peace
Niepokalanów
Organising and coordinating the opening ceremony of the World Centre for Prayer for Peace in Niepokalanów. The Centre, opened on 1 September 2018, is a part of a project of creating 12 international centres of praying for peace developed by Communita Regina della Pace association. World Centres for Prayer for Peace have been already created in Bethlehem (Israel), Ozernoye (Kazakhstan), Medjugorie (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Jamusukro (Ivory Coast), Namyang (South Korea) and Kibeho (Rwanda). A Centre in Dagupan (Philippines) is currently under construction.
Scope of services:
- Developing the concept and script for the inauguration ceremony
- Coordinating work of multimedia team, medical support, volunteers, municipal services, cooperating with the police and fire brigade
- Logistics and technical coordination of the event, which attracted approximately 6,000 participants
- Developing guest list and coordinating the invitations
- Developing and managing the registration process
- Graphic design and production of promotional materials
- PR campaign
- Communication support and coordination of live transmission on Facebook
