Let’s Invest in Health! Investment Plan for Europe – Citizens’ Dialogue
European Commission Representation in Poland
Organisation and coordination of a Citizens’ Dialogue with participation of EU Commissioner for Health and Food Safety Vytenis Andriukaitis and the Speaker of Local Assembly for the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship Piotr Całbecki. The event was designed to inform Polish citizens about current EU actions in the field of healthcare and to learn their opinions and suggestions regarding development of healthcare and food safety in the EU. The event was held in Toruń.
Scope of services:
- Developing the concept and script for the event
- Cooperation with a French multimedia agency responsible for global technical realisation of civic dialogues and with local multimedia agencies
- Developing guest list
- Developing and coordinating registration process
- Registration of guests on site
- Coordinating the multimedia and sound setup
- Cooperation with local authorities
- Providing and briefing a moderator
- Overall directing and coordinating the event
- PR and social media campaign
