Democracy and Civil Rights in the Pandemic

European Parliament Liaison Office in Poland

The aim of the debate was to raise awareness of the values ​​that are important to the European Parliament, especially democracy and civil rights. The project was carried out on behalf of and in cooperation with BJ Studio agency.

The debate was attended by: 

• Andrzej Halicki, member of the European Parliament, member of the Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs Committee of the European Parliament

• dr hab. Renata Mieńkowska-Norkiene, political scientist, University of Warsaw, Team Europe

• Piotr Trudnowski, President of the Jagiellonian Club 

• Katarzyna Batko-Tołuć, member of the Management Board of the Watchdog Polska Civic Network 

 

Scope of services:

  • Choosing a technical solution for broadcasting the debate that would ensure an online connection of all speakers and live YouTube and Facebook  broadcast
  • Supervision over the broadcast implementation, the work of the event moderator and the course of the debate from the broadcast studio
  • The debate branding – preparing a virtual background with European Parliament logos
  • Provision of translation and subtitles in Polish of the information material displayed before the debate
  • Implementation of the debate advertising campaign in social media (FB, TT, IG and events on FB)
